Project Description

We assembled a specialist team, able to work at a senior level that combined expertise in change, communication and facilitation.
PI working closely with the Senior Executive team, designed a series of interventions to support the Leadership team in understanding and cascading the behaviours and changes required to transform the company into a Global lifestyle brand.

Pi Partnership Result
  • Identify the challenges and opportunities in transforming the label into a global lifestyle brand
  • Understand each other’s roles and responsibilities and find solutions to maximise their effectiveness in this transformational journey
  • Understand and connect with the Brand vision and strategy and know how to communicate it clearly to their own teams
  • Commit to developing and implementing solutions for making the vision a reality
