Gary Killington

Managing Director

Gary founded PI Partnership in 2008 to provide bespoke solutions to the rapidly changing business landscape. Gary drives programmes with flexibility and dedication. His commitment to customer focused delivery ensures all projects achieve excellent results. Gary's experience and expertise spans over 25 years within the pharmaceutical industry in sales management and marketing roles. Gary has launched services in over 30 countries and 18 languages.

Demitri Gabrielides

Account Director

With over 20 years experience in key Commercial roles Demitri Gabrielides has developed and managed numerous Sales, Marketing and HR excellence projects within Europe and the Middle east. Working within in the Pharma, Telecoms and Fashion Industry, Demitri has developed an expertise in Talent Management and associated development programmes including Development Centres, Mentoring and Leadership.

Kim Grist

Project Manager

Kim has 8 years healthcare agency and events experience, her integral role at PI as Project Manager links the head office, consultants and clients to ensure the smooth running of programmes across the globe. Kim's excellent interpersonal skills are apparent when liaising with healthcare professionals where she builds a great rapport to ensure high quality attendees at our clients' events. A versatile, innovative, and loyal professional Kim is able to see the big picture while staying on top of all the details. Kim's extensive data and analytical skills deliver high quality reports for clients to action.


Bee Gosnell

Event Manager

Bee has over 20 years hands on experience in event management, corporate hospitality and incentive travel. She spent 6 years at Maritz before going on to become a Director at Quedos Global Travel. Her marketing expertise, database management, commitment and attention to detail are just some of the elements that will contribute to the success of all projects she manages. Bee is responsible for managing events planning, activity schedules, materials and logistics. Bee liaises with clients on all administrative and logistics support.

Jenna Nisbet

Marketing Director

Jenna has over 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, her career started with Wrigley Foster in their direct marketing department during her time here Jenna completed her Diploma in Marketing and her ABPI qualifications.

Hazel Saunders

Financial Controller

Hazel over see's the accounting, monitoring and implementation of financial controls. Hazel manages our corporate strategy and associated reporting whilst developing and improving the quality, relevance and time-lines of output in relation to our customers' needs.
